Sebastian and Jenny : Wedding

Jenny and Sebastian wanted a destination wedding and where did they choose....Fayetteville, Texas. A southern wedding filled with beautiful light and our state flower, the bluebonnet.  I had only spoke with Jenny's Mom, Aunt Denise and Grandmother prior to the wedding so walking in the Bed and Breakfast to meet the infamous Jenny made me a little more than nervous.  The nerves lasted about two seconds because Jenny has never met a stranger.  She is full of life and able to invite someone in to it and make them feel totally at ease.

Jenny and Sebastian, thank you so much for allowing me into your special day.  Also I should say a BIG thanks to Phyllis, the brides mom, with all of her help, generosity, and great organization skills in the planning of the wedding.

Enjoy!

The beautiful flowers were done my Kaywin Kubesch.

You couldn't wipe the smile off of Jenny's face if you tried.  She was sooo happy!

The very handsome Groom.

Jenny and her Aunt Denise. They got an awesome vintage truck for Jenny to ride in to the ceremony in perfect Texas style.

A little frolicking in the bluebonnets!

I posted these a little backwards.  The bride and groom pictures after the ceremony

Phyllis - the mother of the bride

Jenny's sisters toast was so touching

their first dance.  aren't they adorable.

And I'll end with a perfect goodnight kiss!

Clara and Edward : Wedding

Clara and Edward's beautiful wedding was held at The Allan House in downtown Austin. These two came in from London for their wedding. Clara, orginally from Texas, met Edward - and has been living in England while planning her Austin wedding. I had so much fun at the wedding not knowing when someone came up to talk to me if they were going to be American or British!

Clara and Edward, I hope y'all are having fun in Costa Rica and I wish you both all the luck in the future. Thank you for letting me be a part of your day. Clara, your style plus that beautiful wedding dress were awesome, and Edward your quiet charm and wit made me love Brits even more! Thanks you two!

Clara, so relaxed at the hotel before heading over to the Allan House

I absolutely loved her dress....and the petticoat underneath!

Edward and his brother, Alex.
Mr. Doty's first look at his daughter

the mother of the groom. I loved her feathers in her hair!

So a little story. Clara and Edward have been known to try new things together. They recently started to tandem bike ride on the streets of London. Clara decided to surprise Edward and all the guests with departing down the aisle on a rented tandem bike. Edward was really surprised!

Alex bringing it up the hill for some pictures...thanks Alex!

What a great prop the bike made!

Oh the light....

Clara with her brother, Simon.

We were having a little fun with this one...since I got Clara to look over her shoulder, Alex didn't want to miss out on the over the should look too.

These two are so in love and so happy to be married!

The speeches were great. Alex, giving his best man speech was quite funny....
at one point he said how his brother has worn many "hats" in his life.....he even said he wore a cowboy hat at one point.

Clara and Edward had a private dinner up on the balcony.

the cowboy hat.

the bike appears again. they rode off the bike for the send-off.
