Jen and Josh : Engagements

It was a fluke them meeting the way they did. A Nebraska girl visiting a friend in a small Texas town, fell in love in an old country dance hall. Their story could be a country song itself - Josh, the tall and handsome cowboy - Jen, the beautiful blond that was not from around here. Their eyes locked across the dance floor and when Josh stepped up on the stage to sing and play his guitar, Jen melted.

Jen and Josh are getting married next year in Hawaii - and having a fun reception at Josh's families farm shortly after. I can't wait!!! Their engagements are one of my favorites of the year - I'm excited to share!!

The Starlight Room Dallas Wedding : Wendy and Jeff

You can see it in their eyes when they look at each other or the quiet way they whisper in each others ears. Wendy and Jeff's love is obvious in the purest of forms. Each is not a whole without the other and both are more relaxed when the other one steps in the room. Wendy and Jeff had a fabulous wedding at The Starlight Room in the Warehouse District in downtown Dallas. I loved every bit of it. I also loved that their guests got jiggy wit it at the reception. The music and dancing were hilarious and so much fun! Also, a big thank you to Sean Carey of Jim Lee Events for making the day run smoothly and with such class!

Thank you Wendy and Jeff for inviting me into your day. I'm sure your honeymoon in Maui was amazing as will the rest of your life together will be!! Congratulations to the both of you!!

Wendy and Jeff opted to see one another before the wedding allowing for the day to run so smoothly and for us to get a lot of pictures prior to the wedding. During the reception, Jeff told me it was the best decision of the day - to see one another - because it calmed his nerves.

One of the signature cocktails of the night - Wedding Cake.

Jeff got a little roasted during the best man toast.
